SMALL DOUBLE ROOM - £69.50 PER NIGHT

Our small but quaint 'small double' room, is on the 3rd floor, is fitted with a double bed, a tv, tea and coffee making facilities, access to one of the two bathrooms and the ironing facilities. Hanging space is also available.   A full English breakfast is included in the price, served from 7-9am on weekdays, 8-10am on weekends.

TWIN ROOM - £79.50 PER NIGHT

Our twin room is located on the 3rd floor, and is fitted with 2 single beds, a tv with Freeview channels, access to the bathrooms and shared ironing, also with tea and coffee making facilities.  Hanging space is available. A full English breakfast is included in the price, served from 7-9am on weekdays, 8-10am on weekends.

double en-suite room - £99.50 per night

Our double en-suite rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and are fitted with a double bed, a tv, tea and coffee making facilities, private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.  The rooms also have access to the shared ironing facilities.  Hanging space is also available. A full English breakfast is included in the price, served from 7-9am on weekdays, 8-10am on weekends.

Check in

Check in time is from 2pm; check out time by 11am.

We are able to store your luggage for you, if you wish to arrive earlier, or stay in London later than these times.

B&B guests receive 20% off food menu prices on presentation of your room key (not in conjuction with any other offer or special menus)

Free Entry

B&B guests gain free entry to the ground floor bar of Central Station at all times (Friday and Saturday nights usually incur a £5 cover charge after 10.30pm).  Due to the clubs in The Underground Club being run by outside promotors, we are not able to offer free entry to the various clubs that take place (except Friday and Saturday after midnight).

In view of a number of recent “no shows” or very late cancellations, we have had to introduce the following policy.

The following terms should be noted as part of our acceptance of your booking.

Whilst we understand that circumstances can change, we do ask that you give us much notice as possible for any alterations in the dates or cancellation of your stay with us.

Where such a cancellation or alteration is 2 days or less before the arrival time, but greater than 1 day, then we will charge your credit card with a 10% deposit of the total bill. Cancellations made 3 or more days before your arrival will not be charged.

Where a cancellation or alteration refers to a booking for the next or the same day, then we will charge your credit card the full amount of the booking or, in the case of an extended stay of 3 days or more, the first two days at full rate. This charge will also be applied to “no shows” where customers have not notified us of their cancellation.

Any wilful damage to any of the property in the room will be charged to your card, though you would always be notified in advance of this unlikely event.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this procedure.
